@Hermesparcels Congratulations - still the worst courier in the UK. App says parcel delivered but no parcel and no photo. Website says it’s not even on its way! Tell me, do you work hard at being terrible, or does it come naturally? Either way, do you care?
Seems like @bt_uk@BTCare still offering the lowest of the low customer service. For 6 hours we were told our broadband would be fixed at 9:24, then just before it jumps to 1pm tomorrow. No details, no nothing. Time to break up this dysfunctional monolith.
@UNIQLO_UK Sent my returns on 15th Dec and still no refund. Your contact centre had me on call waiting for 30 minutes. Your website contact form doesn't confirm sent and doesn't copy to my email address as it says it will. How do I get my refund?
@AnglianWater And who in management is taking responsibility for the accuracy of these estimates? I’d like a name or job title please. After all consumers are making decisions based on them.
@AnglianWater failing to meet estimates to fix; moving deadlines just a few minutes beforehand; taking ages to answer in call centre; nothing changes! None or a trickle of water all day yet promised a fix by 5pm!! Any chance of a refund?
@AnglianWater Why have your estimates to complete moved so much. We just want predictability. 5 minutes before your 9pm deadline you shifted it to the middle of the night. If we had known we might have used the supply that was available earlier to fill cisterns etc.
@lucyfrazermp So @lucyfrazermp something to be looking in to. No water in Wicken. No ability to wash hands / flush toilets. Been low / no pressure all day. AW originally estimated fix by 5pm, then 6pm, then 9pm. Then just before 9pm shifted to 1am on 27th. What ya doin?
@lucyfrazermp Whatever Lucy, but we got no water in Wicken and the time for reconnection has shifted from 5pm to 6pm to 9pm. How’s about you connect with your constituents and what matters to them? One day you’ll need our vote and we may not be there. Do you care?

Hey @easyJet about 2 years ago I was so badly treated. by RyanAir I vowed never to fly with them again, and haven’t since. Now 6 of 6 of my last flights with you have had significant delays accompanied by missing, or misleading information. Why should I continue to fly with you?
