Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN): psoriasiform epidermal hyperplasia with alternating orthokeratosis & parakeratosis. The orthokeratotic areas overlie depressed epidermis with marked hypergranulosis. The zones of parakeratosis overlie hypogranulosis #Dermpath
