Had a lot of fun building this background lava lamp view! It dynamically updates to stay in sync with the workout and handles transitions differently going from train->recover vs. recover->train. This helps illustrate to the user that 1) they should be running through the end of the training interval and 2) they should be at their target speed by the time the training interval starts.

Coaching voiceover and music are also being dynamically stitched in and synced to align perfectly with the workout intervals. Join the waitlist if you are interested!
