My issue with the women now piping up saying to stop grouping women because “its not ALL women”
1. How does it feel? Men have been labeled for decades as a group and women didn’t give a shit.
2. You may not agree with it NOW, but I didn’t see many speaking up against all the steps that brought us here.
Women allowed this, we all will be judged for it (and yes, that includes me)
And to some degree, I assume there will be consequences. Not legally, but in the day to day.
Women need to hold other women accountable, we expect men to do this and yet turn a blind eye or play coy when it’s women.
The judgment is understandable. I don’t fault men’s response to the obviously imbalanced power/responsibility we have going on here.
I hope it’s a wake up call
A new Australian report claims "4 in 5" teachers have experienced or seen "gendered violence" at school.
Shocking...
Until you realise the report defines sexist jokes, or remarks, or dismissing a woman's opinion as 'violence'.
Yes, a boy disagreeing with a woman is 'violence'.
It used to be: "Innocent until proven guilty"
Then it became: "Guilty until proven innocent"
Now it's: "Guilty even when proven innocent"
Or rather: "Men guilty regardless facts and evidence" and "Women victim/innocent regardless facts and evidence"
I believe society has a persistent double standard when it comes to holding women accountable for their actions. We give women a level of compassion and grace that we rarely give men.
We see this clearly in cases like Lindsay Clancy’s. A mother murders her children, and the dominant public reaction is sympathy like “Oh, that poor woman. What happened to her?” while the same crime committed by a man gets none of that reaction.
We see it in the UK, where authorities are phasing out juvenile prisons for girls (but not for boys) on the grounds that girls who commit crimes are primarily dealing with emotional and mental-health issues. Why is that same understanding not applied to boys?
We see it here in the States where men receive 60%+ jail time for the same crimes committed by a woman.
We see it when a woman decides she isn’t ready to become a mother and ends the pregnancy. Society largely accepts this as an acceptable choice. But we show far less compassion for a man who doesn’t feel ready to become a father.
We see it in dating and relationships: women are encouraged to keep traditional expectations of men and are told they “deserve standards.” Men who voice comparable preferences are demonized for them.
I could go on and on. I believe we need to start holding women to the same standards of accountability we already apply to men.
"Typically, female-perpetrated DVA is attributed to be a consequence of their partners' behaviour"
Since we're watching it real time, I'll post it again:
When women are "bad" and abuse, their male victims are often blamed by bystanders.

This #LindsayClansy case is why I'm less active right now because it's everywhere.
I struggled with my mental health in the past, I still have struggles with my mental health. I find the most sickening about this case how women are defending her. How they are making up excuses that even contradict others who support her.
Some say she couldn't have done it because of the medication she had in her system. Others say she did it because of the medication she had in her system. They can't even agree on her having done it or not.
But they all do blame him. Either by saying he killed the children and is blaming her or by having pushed her to the edge of doing this.
0 accountability for her. No "I feel sad she mentally struggled but she should've had left the home the second she started thinking about harming them". Instead people are making excuses of her planning this, it's not a psychotic breakdown when you plan on sending your partner out and then take quite some time to kill every single one of your children.
I know people love to say "you don't know what it's like until you get to this point". I been to that point where I had thoughts but they never included harming my children.
Again, you can have compassion for her but making excuses, downplaying it and even going as far as trying to blame a father who lost his 3 kids and show 0 compassion to him, that's sickening and disgusting. Just as sickening and disgusting as her killing her own children.
No man on psychotic breakdown would ever get excused or defended for doing these things. Then everyone agrees that "he should've checked himself in a hospital" or "should've left and took his life on his own" and "he deserves to be in jail for life".
TL;DR = Fuck you to all Clansy's supporters
@EnigmaticGaymer@Sliver_Nugget I don’t think vibrava is based on the antlion line. As a hobby entomologist, I see no resemblance but instead it does resemble the nymph stage of the family calopterygidae. I mean it looks exactly the same (plus other similarities). I agree about trapinch though.
@2hottostop@linkkling Agreed. Back then I barely bothered to use different Pokémon but with modern games I keep experimenting with different teams because of the exp share. As for the difficulty, even an underlevelled team will steamroll the opponents in the old games lol
@Encabler @toothlessfatass@EmperorKuro@HoodlumCallum@Kuronoa27 When Pokémon get mad, you can just wait until they calm down then continue throwing more pokeballs. Save beforehand and if it takes the whole day/night without success then restart.
@Ciraele1@DTR_Vector@BasedPota18 Yeah Yamcha too. Going out to eat dim sum is called yum cha in Cantonese, and I believe it’s the same in Japanese so the three of them together have the dim sum theme going on.
