إسرائيل أبلغت الوسطاء برد جديد على الورقة المعدلة، تضمن شروطًا إضافية تتعلق بإدارة غزة وملف السلاح.

- أبرز ما جاء في الرد:

رفض مشاركة أي موظف مدني أو أمني عمل مع حكومة حماس أو تلقى راتبًا منها، ضمن مؤسسات الإدارة المقبلة التي ستديرها اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة غزة.

الإصرار على نزع وتسليم جميع أنواع السلاح، بما يشمل السلاح الثقيل والخفيف والشخصي، إضافة إلى المواد والمعدات وحتى الملابس العسكرية.

نقل ملف السلاح بالكامل إلى (قوة الاستقرار الدولية) ورفض أن يكون تحت إشراف اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة غزة أو أي جهة فلسطينية.

في المقابل - اعتبرت حماس والفصائل أن الرد الإسرائيلي يُعيد المفاوضات إلى نقطة الصفر، مؤكدة رفضها إدراج ملف السلاح ضمن إطار التفاوض.

- بات واضحاً أن جوهر المفاوضات لم يعد يتركز على وقف إطلاق النار بحد ذاته، بل على شكل غزة في اليوم التالي للحرب وهو الأهم منذ بداية المفاوضات السابقة والحالية، ومن سيتولى إدارتها، ومن يملك القرار الأمني والعسكري فيها.

ومن يقرأ هذه البنود يدرك أن الاحتلال لا يتحدث فقط عن ترتيبات أمنية - بل عن إعادة صياغة المشهد السياسي والإداري والأمني بشكل كامل - وربط أي انسحاب أو إعادة إعمار أو ترتيبات مستقبلية بتحقيق هذه الشروط أولًا.

لهذا، فإن الوصول إلى اتفاق لا يبدو قريبًا ابداً في ظل هذا التباعد الكبير.

وحتى هذه اللحظة، يبدو أن المفاوضات تسير بالتوازي مع استمرار فرض الوقائع على الأرض، بينما تبقى غزة تدفع بدماء شعبها ثمن هذا التعقيد السياسي والميداني المتواصل.

Israeli forces began constructing a settlement road on Palestinian land west of Bethlehem, near Battir, linking it to a nearby outpost and further expanding settlement infrastructure in the area.
