@jonnyhovo@TheGameBakers Thank you for sharing this. I’ve been waiting for this game for so long and was so disappointed at the performance. I hope they improve it because the game truly deserves to be experienced in the best way it can.
A good article concerning the status of the Schumer UAP legislation and the nature & source of some of it's opposition in Congress: https://t.co/S0Z6pya7bd
This story is 100% accurate. An extremely powerful Defense Aerospace lobby is pushing key politicians in Congress to block the Schumer Amendment to the NDAA.
I have counterintelligence concerns about AARO’s reporting website.
Aside from the incongruity of asking USG & CTR personnel to report via an UNCLASSIFIED channel “first-hand” involvement in alleged CLANDESTINE (& possibly illegal) UAP programs… the names alone of those reporting are a prize for hostile foreign intelligence services.
It is not beyond the capacity of such FIS to compromise such a website and/or its contractor’s systems.
They would be highly motivated to do so if they knew they could collect a set of dozens (hundreds?) of names of personnel alleging involving in highly classified USG programs.
Such information would be extremely useful to cross-correlate with other information to facilitate aggressive targeting and collection on these individuals.
That alone would give me (if I was considering making such a report) pause about submitting through the AARO system (leaving aside Director Kirkpatrick’s questionable track record in treating past whistleblowers & witnesses).
On the other hand, the DODIG & ICIG (as well as the SSCI) have secure, confidential systems with demonstrated track records of keeping relevant identities highly protected.
If was a lawyer advising a client which direction to go, I can’t see why I would recommend going to AARO (at least not until better assurances are made).
Senator Hawley is a member of the important Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which would oversee the UAP Review Board if the NDAA is passed with Schumer amendment intact.
If there is any future hearing on #UAPs, Intelligence Community Inspector General Thomas Monheim should be the first witness called to testify under oath. David Grusch says his allegations were investigated by the ICIG and corroborated by first-hand witnesses. Let's ask!
🚨NEW #FOIA: In May of 2021, I broke the story that the DoD destroyed all of the emails of Luis Elizondo (@lueelizondo) likely well ahead of their records retention schedule which required the DoD to keep them preserved.
I believe the DoD was not happy with that story, as it highlighted a very important issue that needs more attention: unauthorized document destruction ahead of their schedules.
Newly revealed in a recently released package of documents to The Black Vault, the DoD shows that internally during the processing of my case and appeals, they recommended for Ms. Joo Chung, Director of Oversight and Compliance, Office of the Secretary of Defense, to contact the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) about this very issue.
According to the redacted identity from the Records and Declassification Division (RDD) of the Washington Headquarters Services, the DoD had already contacted DISA SIX TIMES in early 2021 about them "not retaining the email accounts of OSD personnel, for both senior official and non-senior officials."
I believe this one document shows the problem I highlight may be much bigger than I once thought.
What else has been lost because of practices like this?
Hey now we're talking. The hunt for answers!
Sent yesterday to Thomas A. Monheim, Inspector General of the Intelligence Community by @RepTimBurchett et al.
Clock's tickin'! Response requested by no later than September 26, 2023.
Let the paper trails be generated!
'Democracy Dies In Darkness'
Historically, important journalism meant uncovering abuses by the powerful whilst protecting whistleblowers.
Now it seems like many publications protect and act on behalf of the powerful to vilify and persecute the whistleblowers.
🔥 BREAKING from @NewsNation
The CIA Office of Security illegally leaked classified HIPAA information regarding whistleblower David Grusch and his treatment for PTSD to @theintercept.
@SenGillibrand, it's time for a Church Commission on the @CIA. They are rogue.
#ufotwitter
I will be interviewed on @ChrisCuomo on @NewsNation at 8pm ET. Mr Grusch was categorically assured yesterday by Police that his files had NOT been released. We are very happy to clarify what we know for sure - a journalist was told where to look.
NEW:
EXCLUSIVE: @chuckschumer UAP amendment co-author, @SenatorRounds “non-human intelligence”* in their NDAA amendment includes AI
*“non-human intelligence” used 20 times in measure https://t.co/N64WE2WFkj
Truly bizarre to watch Kirkpatrick and now Mike Turner effectively call Dave Grusch a liar and screw up basic facts in their rebuttals when only one of said parties has actually appeared under oath before Congress
