The only thing I didn’t get was the delayed cord clamping. I had an emergency C section and I remember hearing them do a countdown, they gave it 30 seconds before cutting the cord. The head doctor was worried about some red blood cell disorder and I didn’t have any fight left in me. It was the only compromise I made
