Zillow still isn’t responding to any of my emails regarding my vacant land ludtk@g not showing on their website. Anyone else having the same issues? Find it frustrating and my seller isn’t happy either! So much for customer service.

I had sent a minimum of 3 messages through your agent help and still have not heard from anyone. This is why I did the tweet hoping your company would respond. I will send another message through agent help.

@zillow anyone had problems w/ Zillow not responding to emails?Can’t leave a msg on their main # or even w/their HR Dept. I have a listing recently listed on Zillow by the Seller then cancelled & listed me. Photos not updated nor Open House notices. Such poor service! Frustrated!
