@UKAirband terrible customer service today I am afraid. No email received despite assurances, no phone call to discuss yet contract cancelled and cancellation fee to pay despite poor coverage and not what was promised.
@GVIWORLD very disappointed with your attitude to young adults with mental health problems. A refund was offered. We were told it could take 180 days! Why? Still
not refunded and significantly impacting on the young adult you were meant to be supporting and their mental health.
@DenbighshireL could you please justify your price increases which in some cases are nearly 30%. I appreciate energy prices are increasing but should we not be promoting a health lifestyle for all in the community. How is more than 3 x inflation appropriate?
@O2 disgusting customer service for a technical fault on your side. 31 mins on the phone and still being told by customer services they can’t help and when I ask to complain she hung up on me! Will be recommending to all to change providers
@Ageing90sKid Already being done in North Wales and has been for the last 4 years. 65% calls do not need ED, 70% do not require an emergency ambulance. Clinical assessment is key for safe signposting. #SICAT
@ShellEnergyHome I have messaged again although to be honest I don’t hold out much hope. I tweeted back in December and was asked to message, I did and I have emailed this month and the problem is not resolved. Never had a communication problem like this with green.

@ShellEnergyHome not a great start to my transfer to you from green sadly. £300 + not transferred over from my green account and no way of contacting you other than the on line chat for which I am 38 in the queue! Disappointing and very frustrating.

Do not unsure with @PolicyExpert! New car purchases, they couldn’t match quote so policy cancelled and charged £60! cancellation fee! I understand it’s in T&Cs but please justify this amount? For what reason?

Have seen 3 covid patients in the last two weeks whose only contact with others had been at the vaccine.
Unfortunately infection at the same time as vaccination means the infection wins.

@Pure_Res_Com very disappointed with the quality in my home that is just over 2 years old. Heating system has failed. How is this possible? Heating engineer has said this shouldn’t have occurred. Not your concern however as you only provide warranty for 2 years. Very convenient.
