@JimsonHogarth@Trillion1717@ManyBeenRinsed@ronmortgageguy 5 year bond is directly tied to investors, if they drop rates and inflation starts to rise, investors head to exit and the number you’re looking at starts to climb. Which translates into 5 year mortgage rates going up. My understanding of how it works.

(416) 464-8647 he's very honest and has best interest of his clients. Give him a call you've got nothing to lose. I used him twice already.
@JonFlynnREstats If national average salary is taken into consideration then 3-3.5X that amount. That's the Golden rule I believe. Let's say national household income which would be around 130 x 3 = 390,000
Citizens are now fixing their own roads in 🇨🇦
Not because they want to because they have to.
Two men in Montreal are spending their own money filling potholes the city won’t fix about $50 per hole.
🔹Before work
🔹After work
🔹No pay
🔹Risking fines
Meanwhile officials call it “discouraging” and tell people to dial 311.
This is where we’re at now. When basic infrastructure fails… citizens step in.
@StephenPunwasi It's what happens when you inflate housing, it affects everything. People move away, they don't start families. Biggest cost is shelter/roof above your head, couple that with 7 months of bad weather and terrible food inflation, and enormous taxes.
@chutneylife It actually rises with housing market, if a house that was worth 250,000 now costs 1.5 million, the cost of labour goes up significantly as well. Who would have thought?
@KenneyRoss75084@ShaziGoalie Ross is that the reason the government is giving incentives because it's stabilizing? 13% hst gone, development fees cut in half. I mean those are good things. However those moves are not being done because something is stabilizing.
@OverkillTrading Rsi is cold, it broke 200 MA, you're trading psychology. Price trajectory lower lowes. 200 MA changing directions. Volume I can't see.
Real world use still years in the future.
