I don't recommend using @WholeFoods delivery on the weekends. They made us wait around for 4.5 hours only to cancel the request due to lack of drivers. Their response: Well your credit card wasn't charged! I have had much better reliability with @FreshDirect

@MTA Everytime I use the southbound Q44 SBS machine at Queens Blvd/Main St and try to transfer to another bus, I get a READ ERROR. I have tried replacing the card multiple times, but the station agent says the SBS machine is dirty because it is exposed to the elements. Thoughts?

@Uber_Support My ride is over. When @Uber doesn't make me wait before a pickup AND also during the ride to find a nearby passenger, I'll use Pool again. I'll put up with one delay, but not both. No point using your direct rides either when @juno costs less and pays their drivers more.

Instead of Pool only wasting my time during the ride to find another passenger and route, you now make me wait a few minutes before my ride as well, delaying my trip. Thanks @Uber_Support @Uber ! The inconvenience is not worth five bucks when they are cheaper alternatives. Bye!
