@ADiMarco25 The trade makes a lot of sense in terms of needs for both teams but at the same time I’m not sure I see Ottawa trading Yakemchuk. He’s the only RD that has potential to be a legitimate top pair RD. Impossible to find RDs. I’d take my bet finding a lesser winger (IE Bourque).

This means investors know this likely can’t keep up forever and the company’s perfect execution is priced in. Priced-in = less growth short term.

@FooleryT @NHLRumourReport Grzelcyk wouldn’t play above Kleven. Kleven has cemented himself on that 3rd pair. It would strictly be a depth move in case of injuries as right now you have to rely on less experienced options (i.e. Sebrango) on the left side in case someone gets injured.

@levactabarnack @MarcMethot3 @C_Habets I agree with you but I don't see Detroit trading Raymond or Kasper. Best case scenario you're looking at Berggren or a guy like Soderblom. I'd love Berggren.
I think Kakko has room to grow, plays 14-15 mins with Laf and Chytil. Put him with Norris and Bath I could see 55+ pts.

I also think it'll be hard to grab a legitimate top 6 guy in this deal. Chances are teams looking to add to their top 6 will not want to subtract from it.

@MarcMethot3 @C_Habets Chytil doesn't make much sense but Kakko could be a good add. Plays a responsible game for his age, good upside, good size and strenght, fits in the age group. Kakko, Goodrow and 24 1rst for DBC. Who says no?
