@gmhales I’ve done a number of projects in this area during my career with both police forces and court services. Agree it is very difficult to identify absolute productivity levels. What can usefully be done though is look at relative productivity between police forces/court locations.

@kkasimiira So I happen to live in Shere (the village in the movie) and until recently commuted to London. Fastest way: 25 minute drive to Woking. Minimum 25 minute train to Waterloo. At least 10-15 minutes from there. So absolute best case just over an hour. Usually about 1 hr 20 in total.
