@Japanesefoodhub This is a very poorly cooked steak. Pepper burns, and should be added after the cook. Heat was also way too high for the butter base, and they’re basting the steak with burnt butter as a result.

@Mets I love Carlos Beltran, he was an absolute legend for the Mets. That said, he only played four full seasons for the Mets plus two and a half injury plagued ones. Doesn’t feel like a “retire his number” type of career with the Mets.
