First ever YouTube video of mine about the OKC/Lakers game is out now! Would appreciate if you checked it out as I'm trying to publish more content on this channel
@enjoy_hoops Since Dort said he wants to remain with the team, but likely won't be a starter next season it would have to look around something like this. So I don't think it's crazy
Oklahoma City Thunder Cap Situation
- Over the 2nd Apron
- Likely to Cut Salary to Get Under 2nd Apron
- 2nd Apron Does Not Allow Combining of Salaries to Complete Trades
Solution on Twitter
- Combine Salaries so Thunder Acquire Even Higher Salaried Players such as Zion and Giannis.
- Trade Lower Salaried Players Like Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace for Bigger Salaried Players
I will say this: Chet Holmgren having a fadeaway jumper as a go-to scoring option in his arsenal would unlock a new dimension OKCs offense. He's already shown the flashes time and time again and there's no way I'll bet against his work ethic to make this become his new reality
@knockthebitch@JayLU24 Which again is a good reason why he should have a post up game - in order to draw help to the ball more. Adding muscles will always be a goal with Chet as it'll help him move around in the post as well
@RemoteWorker12 Realizing that mismatches he receives each game and making the right reads will give him a huge mentality boost as well so I agree. Just hope his jump shot becomes thrice as fast as this year
@JayLU24 That was my first thought as well that he becomes a quicker 3PT shooter to give OKC more space in double big lineups, but I'm not sure if he'll ever get a real quick trigger with a 7-7 wingspan. Opting for the slower/already in his arsenal fadeaway J seems more plausible to me
@jasehoops Right now he just needs anything that can annoy and lure Wemby out of the paint and post up moves/shots are a great counter for that. Making the unguardable shot in his signature would open up the rim for OKC more (though he also has to make the right reads out of the post)
