@ByronLazine Absolutely. True of every negotiation in our space. Proposed terms without intention are just noise. My other fave is an expiration date that the buyer’s agent is just willing to give up on at the first suggestion of the listing agent.
@bryan_johnson Sometimes I bookmark things so that I can easily reference them to share with my team later….. in fact, that’s actually the only thing I use bookmarking for. Lol quit hating!!
@bryan_johnson Do it privately with no pressure on yourself, and then report data collected. I respect that you streamed it last time, but I don't think you need to do that. Streaming it doesn't make it more "real" to us. I am betting that your experience is even better without a content layer.
@ByronLazine Totally. A lot of agents also add to drama instead of absorbing it and staying focused on the transaction. Sometimes that's because they don't understand the basics, but sometimes it's because drama is their baseline.
@robhahn I only knew about it through Industry Relations. As a once-20-something that attended most industry and MLS-specific conferences, you're pretty limited to what your AE encourages. If you want strong attendance from the future of the industry, you may need to go around the AEs.
👀🚨JUST IN: President Trump officially renamed America’s tallest Mountain, Mount Denali back to Mount McKinley, undoing the name change by Obama in 2015.
This is awesome 💪🔥
@unusual_whales Well where are they going to go?!? This take is so ignorant. Many would love to move, but the housing stock isn’t there or they’re priced out of it!
