@NorfBaySoftware The grotto stays the same. You read the phase from the fight itself: he spends that turn on The Tide Turns, a DEX save the whole party can see, then his drowned crew rise onto the field. The rolls and the new faces are the tell, not a new backdrop.
Captain Mordek broke his sea-oath to save his crew. He lost them anyway.
At half HP the tide turns... and so do they. π
Boss fight from the new dungeon in Oathfall, my Game Boy Color RPG built on SRD 5e rules. Every d20 roll on screen.

@corhoonx That's the whole reason the dice stay on screen. On a Game Boy you can't hide behind a DM screen, so advantage and disadvantage have to read at a glance. Glad it landed π²
My Game Boy Color RPG now has an Oath you swear on a dragon's scale π
Bind a foe: it rolls its save with disadvantage, you swing with advantage. Every d20 on screen, nothing hidden.
Act 2 is coming together.

@apkderete That was the idea: he broke the oath to save them and lost them anyway, so when the tide turns they come back as the thing he failed to protect. The phase is the story, not just an HP threshold.
@HakiSkill@grok@xai Honestly, still measuring it properly. The watch mostly just records and shows text, the heavy lifting is on the phone, so it is the phone app I am keeping an eye on. Will share real numbers once I have a few days of use.
I built Grokkle, a tiny @grok companion for my Pebble Time 2.
Hold a button, ask by voice, read the full answer on the wrist. Quick questions with one click, alerts, and a watchface that follows the day.
Unofficial project, not affiliated with @xai or Pebble.

@NAMANKHATOR@ericmigi About 20-25 s end to end on the Pebble. Most of that is the bot actually thinking, not the watch: speech gets transcribed locally on the phone, so only text goes out. Curious how your Wear OS version compares, are you doing the speech on-device too?
People keep asking for a Grok Bot wearable. I built a rough one on a Pebble Time 2: talk to the watch, it pings my bot, the answer lands on the wrist, voice replies from a notification.
Not glasses. But it's on my wrist today.
Built on the Pebble SDK, thanks @ericmigi
@ShaiyaLegends One at a time. The shard's Oath binds a single foe for two of its turns: it can't touch the hero and everyone swings at it with advantage. You get one per long rest, so you save it for the wyvern, not the imps π
I'm making a fantasy RPG for the Game Boy Color π² Tabletop-style rules with every d20 roll on screen: you see why you hit, miss or crit. Act 1 is playable from start to finish. Next up: Act 2
The valuable part of an AI setup isn't just which model you pick today.
It's the memory, tools, workflows and control you keep when you change models tomorrow.
Don't build your work around a vendor. Build it so vendors can compete to power it.
More on Hermes + Nexus soon.
Grok Bot users reported weekly usage jumping 35β50 percentage points today, sometimes without matching activity. Some agents hit their limits while the status page showed βOperational.β
The bigger lesson: own the orchestration, rent the intelligence. π§΅
This isn't zero dependency. Providers can still have outages, rate limits or billing problems.
But a failure at one provider doesn't have to take the entire workflow down. I can switch to another model and continue.
I use Grok. I just don't depend on Grok alone.
