Compliance is cheaper than noncompliance.
It was Friday night....You went out. You drank. You danced. Maybe you had sex. Maybe you simply stayed out until morning....THE SATURDAY MORNING AUDIT
Now that you are home, do the economics.
What did last night actually cost you?
Not just the bill.
How much money did you spend?
How many hours did you spend?
How much of today have you already lost recovering?
What did alcohol take from your clarity, judgment and productivity?
What did sex cost you — or potentially expose you to — beyond the few minutes of pleasure?
What did the club cost you after transport, drinks, food, company and the morning after?
And most importantly:
What could that money, time and energy have become if you had kept them?
Because every temptation is an economic test.
Every act of discipline preserves capital.
Every repeated pass compounds.
Every repeated failure compounds too.
And money is bigger than cash.
Your time is capital.
Attention is capital.
Health is capital.
Reputation is capital.
Relationships are capital.
Productivity is capital.
Credibility is capital.
Optionality is capital.
And yes — money is capital.
Sometimes saying NO is one of the highest-return investments you will ever make.
Temptation says:
Enjoy now. Pay later.
Discipline says:
Pay the price now. Enjoy the dividend later.
So before you sleep this Saturday morning, calculate Friday night.
Did you pass the test?
Because eventually:
TESTS + PASS = TESTIMONIES.
And sometimes, those testimonies become MONIES.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO BBS MALL? HOW WERE YOU HANDLED, AND WHAT DID YOU SEE THAT YOU FELT WAS WRONG?
BBS Mall: We Need Respect, Fairness and Safe Enforcement
As a bodaboda rider, I want to raise a concern about what happens at BBS Mall in Eastleigh.
This is not about attacking the mall, the police, or anyone’s religion. It is about how security and enforcement are handled and how riders are treated.
At places like Sarit Centre, Two Rivers and Westgate, there are designated areas where bodaboda riders can drop off or pick up passengers. But at BBS Mall, it can feel like dropping or picking a passenger comes with unnecessary confrontation. Why can’t there be a clear, peaceful and properly managed dropping and picking point for bodaboda and Uber motorbike riders?
As riders, we also face another concern. There have been situations in Eastleigh where we have helped catch suspected phone snatchers or criminals, only to find that security officers are not immediately available. Yet when it comes to controlling bodaboda riders around the mall, officers can be very present and sometimes use rungus in a manner that feels intimidating.
I also want to raise a point about Muslim women who visit the mall. Many observe their culture and dress and sit in ways that preserve their dignity. When officers place rungus or barriers around motorcycle wheels or confront riders aggressively, management should consider whether such enforcement is respectful and appropriate for everyone using the premises.
Security is important, but security should never mean humiliation or unnecessary harassment. BBS Mall is a major shopping centre, and it should have a professional system that accommodates pedestrians, private motorists, bodaboda riders, Uber riders and customers peacefully.
We are not asking to be above the law. We are asking for clear rules, designated pickup and drop-off points, respectful enforcement and equal treatment.
If other major malls in Kenya can organise their traffic and motorcycle access professionally, why can't BBS Mall do the same?
As a bodaboda rider and someone who advocates for road safety, I believe enforcement should protect people not create unnecessary conflict. Let us find a better way. 🦺🏍️
@kilundeezy Good thing Hon. Ndindi did stop and listen to him. Went as further as commiting to a meeting with him later in his office.

A mysterious young man resembling Rigathi Gachagua has emerged.
Onlookers have gathered around him in large numbers, eagerly watching.
Calling on him to utter the word WANTAM.
Sleep is the most powerful medicine on Earth.
It boosts memory, recovery, fat loss, and even eases anxiety.
Here's how to fix it in 7 simple steps:
1. Stop sleeping 8 hours.
4 Bible verses the enemy desperately hopes you never truly understand.
Not just quote. Understand. Because once these take root in your spirit, his favorite lies lose their power.
1. 1 John 4:4 “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” The enemy wants you living like the greater One is still out there somewhere. He hopes you never grasp that the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead already lives in you. When this truth settles, intimidation starts looking small.
2. Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord…” He forms the weapons. He launches the accusations. What he cannot do is make them succeed against a child of God who knows their inheritance. Understanding this verse turns you from a target into someone who stands and condemns the attack in Jesus’ name.
3. Romans 8:31 “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” The enemy thrives on the feeling that you are alone in the fight. This verse shuts that door. When you know the Creator of the universe has taken your side, opposition loses its ability to define your outcome.
4. James 4:7 “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Notice the order. Submit first. Then resist. The enemy hopes you try to resist in your own strength or that you never resist at all. Understanding this verse means you stop negotiating with the pressure and start standing under authority. He has to flee.
These four are not motivational quotes. They are weapons. The enemy works overtime to keep them as distant verses you “know about” instead of living realities that reshape how you face fear, accusation, opposition, and spiritual attack.
Read them slowly today. Say them out loud. Ask the Holy Spirit to move them from your head to your heart. The difference between knowing a verse and understanding it is the difference between hearing about victory and walking in it.
Greater is He.
No weapon.
God is for you.
Resist—and he flees.
That’s the inheritance. Walk in it.
