@bevo1212 @northwoods1980 Agree with the imperfect system, but why the tendency to lean towards overcalling. Why can’t we describe the “most likely” rather than the tendency be to describe the least likely thing - and make no distinction. This is where “clinicians” get frustrated w rads.
