Synonyms for @TheAA_UK : shambolic, chaotic, disorderly, disordered, haphazard, unordered, disorganized, unsystematic, absolute pile of shit. Every phone call made in the last 48 hours to get an update on my vehicle recovery, im given different info.
What an absolute shit show from @TheAA_UK for the last 24 hours of poor service and disconnected systems. Rest assured I’m coming for you big time in the morning. False promises, “locked in” recovery times, zero customer service. Horrendous.
If you don’t invest in your customer service, don’t be surprised when you have a shockingly bad reputation. @Tuffnells are impossible to contact to sort out potential delivery FRAUD, absolutely appalling. Trading standards, here we come.
@Avis Rome is an absolute joke. Over 90 minutes waiting for their premium “Preferred” service and still no cars!! Staff with no direction, no urgency, and no f*cking clue. Worst car rental service ever experienced.
