The truth is that l, in Ibanda, the satisfaction index could have been as high as 82% or even higher like 90%, but for the last four months, where I have visited the NWSC office to complain about water shortage, it and no solution has been forthcoming, that satisfaction index is very close to zero 0%

Come to Ibanda and see for yourself, people spend the whole day looking for water. The ones who can afford now are digging their own wells to be able to get water. What is going on really? How can you disappointn your loyal customers like this?

It is very unfortunate that the complaints are so many, so widespread. This is very disappointing. For me I thought they just stubbornly refused to reconnect us to the water, but now I see it is a nationwide crisis.

Let @nswc come out and tell us what is going on.

Let Parliament of Uganda invite them to cross-examination of how they can allow the situation to reach what I can only refer to as a disastrous situation.

Imagine what people who don't have access to wells are going through, people whom are residing in heavily built areas, arent we on the brink of outbreaks such as Cholera breaking out of the situation is not resolved.

This is totally unacceptable.

When I went to the NWSC, after like the 4th time without getting a solution, they told me not to come back.

But how can you guys run down a water services corporation like this. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The services of your corporation are catastrophic to say the least. You have forced us to go back to the old days of fetching water from wells like it used to be the case in tbr 1970 or early 80s.
