It all starts home. But people in US stretched too thin and have little capacity to address outside of the destructive system

This is what community gets when petty crime, or any kind of crime is downplayed in the name of political talking points, such as vulnerable, inclusive, offensive, etc, or even prosecute those who push back. Criminals become braver and more ignorant!
