I’m hosting a trip from Melbourne and have 1 spot time to fill at Carnoustie at 1.30pm on Tuesday. Some success in the Old Course ballot has opened up the spot.
Feel free to DM if interested. £200 😊
@ukgolfguy@sam_golf@Heritagecricket@RuMacdonald
@MDGreen00@sam_golf They’ve communicated to players that greens preparation will be ‘modified’ tomorrow due to the conditions.
The pins set are quite generous too. They’re bloody scared 😅
Had the privilege of playing the 11 hole loop twice at @7milegolf this morning, plus a walk of the remaining holes.
I’ve been very fortunate to play some of the worlds’ best links golf and this place is already in the conversation.
Brilliant stuff @cdpgolf1@mikeclaytongolf
@flushingitgolf Wes offering to caddy for Grant at the Cuda would be a funny troll.
Already suspended so could probs wear a GoPro and put it all on his channel 😅
@Top100Rick Absolutely Yay.
Every single player in the field takes the exact same drop in Spaun’s shoes, whether they’re in contention or not.
Part of the game is being able to take advantage of good breaks, while another part is being able to soldier on from bad breaks.
Play on.
@AllTourGolfBets@sam_golf@slicedpod He needs to play the Aussie event to lock up top spot on their OOM, which locks him up a spot in The Open.
2nd on the OOM needs to go win win to overtake, so it’s super unlikely, but clearly not taking any chances.
@ross_flann_golf@robert1lefty Thanks Ross!
I’ve got a members’ trip coming next year in April.
Still a couple of spare days on either end on my own to figure out!
Mach is definitely the leading candidate. We’re heading to the highlands with the group, so not likely to head north again this time!
@LukeKerrDineen A massive part of the game is being able to soldier on through adversity and bad breaks. Divots in the fairway is just one of the infinite variables that make the game what it is.
