Seems like quite a few folks are now interested in NSWC (Naval Surface Warfare Center) Crane, field activity of NAVSEA, which is the principal command of the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane.

Instead of looking at Google images of the underground munitions storage depots, I would encourage everyone to revisit the story of Randy Anderson and the "Off-World Technologies Division" and analyze NSWC Crane's contract portfolio (especially with SAIC) and relationship among other Naval Centers.

For example, SAIC has won sole source contracts to a component of NSWC Crane, the JTAA or Joint Technology Assessment Activity that supported the forder DUSD/ AS&C (Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Advanced Systems and Concepts), which I have paralleled to SAIC-focused USAF UFO Legacy Program Operations.

Also study NSWC Crane contracts to WHOI (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute) that both @ChrisUKSharp and myself have tied to undersea UFO Retrieval operations. WHOI has historically engaged in NSWC Crane Contracts for their Weapons Systems Division (JXN). After all, WHOI has contracted with NSWC locations for their "unique capabilities that cannot be otherwise obtained."

Also ask yourself why SAIC and NSWC Crane routinely take down enormous contracts (linked below), such as a 2024 scrubbed contract for SAIC to provide "research, development, test and evaluation for Strategic Systems Programs and the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane" and a 2020 SAIC $133 Million NSWC Crane contract for JXW Division

This research has led me to believe the "Off-World Technologies Division" and other UFO "Harware" programs are nestled within NSWC Crane's Special Warfare & Expeditionary Systems (JX) Division, specifically Maneuver, Surveillance, & Engagement (JXW) or Weapons Systems (JXN) Divisions.

I have no idea how many things we are lying about under the broad UFO/UAP banner.

Incredible to see Catherine Austin Fitts, whose work on the US black budget I respect tremendously, touch on Deep Underground Military Bases (D.U.M.B.S.) aka Subterranean Facilities (STFs).

In this interview with Tucker, Fitts estimates a total of 170 US connected underground and undersea bases.

Recently, I embarked on a journey to explore the concept of STFs and UFO legacy programs. This project covers historical data of US tunneling and underground base building, feasible underground train systems, and testimony of UFO-related STFs.
