@CityPowerJhb @CityofJoburgZA it' 1 year since I reported the poor work at the bottom & over 3 years since I asked for a circuit breaker housing at the top. They were all left exposed by a contractor appointed by @CityPowerJhb. Electricity is off for a while coz of poor service.
