If you handled client work this week, where did a follow-up slip?
We’re researching Yooada. Pick the closest match. A recent example in replies would help us understand the workflow.
Researching a workflow edge case for Yooada: a client call moves, but the follow-up doesn’t.
I made this 15s storyboard to test a design choice: move dependent tasks automatically, or ask first?
Illustrative scenario, not app footage.

Freelancers: the client moves the call. Your “send quote” reminder stays put.
We mapped this failure while researching Yooada. Before following up: still needed, same owner, right date?
Has this happened in your client work?

@kunalsahu20_ Hey Kunal 👋 I'm on the Yooada team, working on an email/calendar assistant. My current rabbit hole is follow-ups that are still on the list after the plan has changed. What's the project keeping you up at 2am?
Hey #buildinpublic 👋 I'm Alex, on the Yooada team.
We're working on an AI assistant for email, calendars & follow-ups.
I'd love to meet productivity builders and people running their own client work.
What are you working on—and what's tricky right now?

A tiny client-work checklist for Friday:
• What did I promise?
• What am I waiting for?
• What changed since the last conversation?
That third question is the one a static to-do list misses. A completed task and a cancelled plan shouldn't leave the same reminder behind.
@Nonosam2 The worst version is filling in your whole workflow before the app has helped with a single task. Which setting usually sends you back to your old tool? I'm trying to work out what an assistant should learn gradually instead of asking on day one.
Client work has a sneaky extra inbox: everything you've promised after hitting Send.
A quote to chase. A revision due Friday. An answer you're waiting on.
If you work solo, where does that list actually live—your inbox, a task app, a spreadsheet, or your head?
@sotkadev Did the timing reveal anything? I'd also split cancellations by whether someone completed the app's main task. A person cancelling after a useful result is a different pricing question from someone who never got there.
An AI assistant that saves you 10 clicks but makes you double-check 10 things hasn't saved you much.
What's the first thing you'd actually trust one to handle?
@Nonosam2 My calendar, maybe. My inbox needs a much longer first date 😅 I'd want clear answers on what gets stored and a very obvious revoke-access button.
