I don’t mean to be callous. But if the IPO fizzled yesterday, would your situation be any different today? Are you worse off because he’s a trillionaire? Were you better off on Thursday when he wasn’t?
It’s been a terrific week of Europeans experiencing and opining on all the great things in America. I’ve been talking up hot American breakfast and black coffee for a while. But this gentleman absolutely nails why we’re doing temperature right
Algerians doing jigs in Kansas... Brits eating barbecue in Texas... Koreans doing full on kegstands in Mexico... just goes to show that the entire world can be united by the simple concept of getting really drunk and watching a sporting event
I keep saying. X is concentrated malcontents who make hating America a personality (and other countries who want to run ops to divide us). It’s not reality. Normie Americans love this country.
Anthony Bourdain: “…the world is, in fact, filled with mostly good and decent people who are simply doing the best they can. Everybody, it turns out, is proud of their food (when they have it). They enjoy sharing it with others (if they can). They love their children...”
So far in 2026: We’ve had TEAM USA win Gold in hockey. We’ve had astronauts circling the moon. We’ve got the World Cup here. We have UFC at the White House. Everyone is getting skinny. We’re curing pancreatic cancer. It’s America’s 250th.
AND YOU’RE BLACKPILLING?
This rendition by Dan & Shay is fantastic, but credit to the sound guy who absolutely nailed this mix. It's perfect. The blend between the harmonies and the live mics in the stadium is what makes the hair on your arm stand up.
I am fully aware that most of this is engagement farming/bots. But I don’t care, cause it’s reminding me of a lot of the things that I* love about this country that I take for granted.
As someone who’s been singing the National Anthem at rodeo events for over 20 years, I’ll just say….
There’s a way it was intended to be sung, without your own spin. This was 💯the way! Bravo!
