Today we placed 8 nephrostomy tubes: 1 PCNL and 7 emergencies. Our nurses and anesthetists were grateful that we all placed them in supine position. Thank you @GuidoGiusti for teaching this technique in 2018. I recommend Drainpatch by Bedal to prevent accidental tube dislodgement
