@SW_Help @TfL Happened again! Told platform 2 was the next tube, then get told by the driver it’s platform 4, people get off and it leaves before we can get on, then told by staff platform 2 is next again. Platform 1 leaves. This needs sorting at Wimbledon! It’s a joke and happens regularly!!

@SW_Help Is there a reason SO many times you have the wrong information about which tube departs first at Wimbledon? The board today said platform 2 would depart first but then platform 1 leaves! It’s very frustrating. Surely you can let customers know the correct information?!

@SW_Help Just happened again!! @TfL - can one of your please look into this? It happens ridiculously often. A tube full of people and the empty one just left without warning. When it said platform 1 was first to depart, platform 2 left! Now we are all waiting even longer to leave!

I just have to say, hats off and a HUGE thank you to the @LNER staff at Kings Cross who helped a group of us who literally just missed our train by seconds due to the Severe Delays on the @TfL #VictoriaLine. So many issues with tubes I’ve taken recently. It really is appreciated!

@wandbc Hi there, the traffic lights by Wandsworth County Court have been off for a week now. No temporary ones have been installed and it’s a busy road to try and cross. Can you please update on when they are being fixed or this issue is being sorted? Thanks.

.@networkrail @TfL Firstly strikes last week then issues EVERY DAY this week on the Wimbledon branch of the district line, signal failures at multiple stations + track issues. You need to sort it out! Shocking service. Maybe we’d support strikes if the service was half decent!

@TfL Hi. When are you going to go into full detail on the upcoming strike action? It's not clearly detailed on your website. E.g. Coldplay have rescheduled a show from 7th to 6th but other websites are saying the strikes are taking place on 6th still. We need full clarity please.
