The shortage of employed nurses in Africa is not caused by migration, but long standing unfair labour practices.
It's high time African nations prioritise the Wellbeing Agenda of it's health workforce, or migration continues.

The Ghana Sharing and Learning event last Saturday successfully fostered dialogue and knowledge sharing among stakeholders , reinforcing the importance of evidence-based decision-making and collaborative efforts in strengthening Ghana's health workforce. #SG60#Healthworkforce
- We are changing the advocacy narrative.
- We are re-engineering the strategies to address the Health Workforce Well Being.

Early today we put up a spirited advocacy for the Kenyan Health Workforce Well Being at the Global Health Partnership forum.
An urgent strategy is needed to initiate a pro-active and continuous engagement between the Trade Union leadership in the health sector and MOH.
Glad to be part of the Sharing & Learning Session on health workforce well-being interventions across Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana @raddison

Proud to host Equity Bank Group at Pumwani Maternity College of Nursing and Midwifery .
Explored areas of collaboration between the two entities.
It's important to note that our students are the best performers in the Country.
As a NURSE, if you're still living as per the standards and limitations of Panyako after TEN WASTED YEARS, then Panyako isn't the problem, YOU'RE the PROBLEM.
@KNUNOFFICIAL@nnakenya@Kenya_PNA@NCKenya
We don't exist to oppose what adds value to the welfare of the nurse.
Kuka Panyako must stop dancing on the unemployed graveyard of nurses he's facilitated their loss of jobs due to inept leadership.
Calling on or off a strike within KNUNM is his sole legal & moral duty.
Were it not for @kmpdu struggle to organize & mobilize, our Interns would be languishing in stipends. As Nurses, we are grateful to you and the many doctors who voiced our concerns @Dr_AustinOmondi@DoctorReign etc
It is indeed a clarion call for my Union @KNUNOFFICIAL to wake up
To our young Nurse Interns:
Even when everyone seemed to have forgotten about you, God never did.
May your dreams come true.
Some of us still cherish you.
Don't give up!
@KESNNUR@salimmrashid
Even Nurses and Midwives of Kenya have rejected panyako.
Ten wasted years with only primitive arrogance, extensive verbal diarrhoea and chest thumping as his achievements.
END OF AN ERA!!
END OF AN ERROR!!
The Abatovo clan of the Kabras subtribe in Malava, Kakamega County is in disarray following the endorsement of Bungoma High School principal Enock Andanje as their preferred candidate for the parliamentary seat in 2027.
The clan, led by chairman Elijah Karungani and former Chegulo councillor Mulupi Washiko reportedly met at Kaburengu in the absence of the Kenya National Union of Nurses and Midwives (KNUNM) Secretary General Seth Kuka Panyako and unanimously agreed that Andanje should carry their banner for the position.
Held talks with Hon Tom Odege MP Nyatike and SG Union of Kenya Civil Servants.
The talks centered on building regional and global partnerships to strengthen the leadership capacity and well being of the health workforce in Kenya.
