@Uber customer service is disappointing and inefficient yet again at resolving a fare discrepancy. All I asked is to have the fare adjusted per the app's option to fare match a canceled ride and a ride that was taken. I provided as much info that I had and still got nowhere.

@Uber I need assistance and I'm getting nowhere with the app's agents. Their customer service and the ability to resolve discrepancies is very poor and disappointing. All I'm asking for is the fare adjustment that was offered to me when I had to cancel a ride due to the driver.

@Uber_Support Too late, I've been trying to reach a supervisor and I'm left with "we will respond when a customer representative is available" for days. This annoyed and frustrated me too much. Each penny that @uber steals adds up with each customer they do this too. Not trustworthy anymore.

So @Uber has lost a long time customer. From this experience I've had, their customer service agents ignore you once they think they've resolved your issue instead of replying back when I've given detail of my specific problem. I'm done. Deleting. Onto @lyft, never had such issue
