For a year, people in #Gaza have been forced to move repeatedly into an ever-shrinking space.
Israel has issued 61 relocation directives covering 89% of the territory, forcing between 1.2-1.4 million people into only 41km2.
There are 1.9 million IDPs currently in Gaza.

In 2023, @IDMC_Geneva detected 26.4 million internal displacements triggered by disasters in 148 countries and territories. This is the third highest figure in the last decade. #GRID2024
