After applications for the CHOOSE Act ESA closed last night, @GovernorKayIvey announced that more than 36,000 kids across the state - from every grade (entering Kindergarten to 12th grade) - applied for one.

I know MPS spends a ton on transportation to serve parents, but I would have thought it was much higher.
