A question for patch-clampers of Twitter (and beyond): How do you deal with movement of the rig caused by people walking past? Our air tables don't seem to be dampening the movement very well. We've recently moved to a new lab and it's not on the ground floor. Please RT!

I've worked in a real lab for 3 (three) days now and science just seems to be a cycle of pipetting -> wait for thing (often a gel) -> get coffee -> centrifuge -> lunch -> pipette -> gel -> ad infinitum
