@abvocado Initial thoughts; are other approaches needed to reach the population, having additional visual information, BSL, use of technology, venue accessibility/availability of induction loops, signage, wearing name tags, asking others to speak slowly/clearly to facilitate lip reading.
Help/suggestions please! Chairing a patient experience group at my GP surgery and want to make the meetings more accessible for members who are Deaf. Any advice greatly appreciated.
