@BritishGasHelp have just asked my daughter whether her electricity is back on. Reply: "Nope. They have closed that account. We are expecting a phone call from a manager today. We shall see if that occurs. So angry". No electric, 3 kids, dark, cold house. Incompetency at work.

@BritishGasHelp my daughter has had gas and electric cut off AGAIN 4th time in 6 weeks, ACCOUNT CLOSED each time. No notice, no explanation. She is up to date with all payments. Food now spoiled as no fridge or freezer working! Appalling treatment. Children cold. Disgusting.

Still waiting for resolution. Still without electricity so fridge and freezer defrosting. Plus it will be getting dark before long so whole family will be in the total darkness then 🙁
