#asda morley you seriously need to bring back the manned check outs. It’s a joke having to scan a full shop with one person manning the scanners when there are issues. It takes twice as long and is extremely frustrating. We won’t be shopping there again any time soon 😡

@VirginMoney I closed a virgin savings acc on the 12 dec online and asked for it to be transferred into our virgin current acc. It has still not been paid. I have done 2 online chats and spoken to cust services who advised to ring back on Monday. Surely it shouldn’t be this hard

Can you please explain how I can specify a delivery date for it not to turn up and then it’s delivered on a different day without any notification. Absolutely disgusting customer service

@OfficeShoes I received a delivery for an order I placed online the item delivered was not what I I ordered. I have returned in store today and have received an email confirming my refund which doesn’t include the delivery I have paid! I have had to reorder and pay delivery again

@ao I have just ordered a new cooker to be delivered. I picked the any time slot between 7am & 7pm no delivery charge yet I have been charged £20 delivery at checkout why is this?

@RoyalMail can you please tell me how long a 1st class signed for and tracked letter should take to be delivered. I posted a very important document by this route on 10th feb and according to the tracker it still hasn’t been delivered. Thank you

@LeedsCC_Help yet again the bins have been missed on our street, usual reason given “a parked car stopped the team”. There was ample room with maybe 1 / 2 cars. Maybe the crew need to provide evidence to you that they were unable to collect don’t just believe what they say 😡

@asda I have used my blue light card at Morley asda for the last few weeks showing the cashier the card on my phone. Today it was not accepted by the cashier because I didn’t have any other ID on me to prove it was me!Why has this changed.The card used to pay had the same surname

Seriously concerned about Philips Trust Corp Salford. Extremely concerned reading very negative reviews online and the fact that they are no longer registered with the FCA. My dad has a family trust with them. Any advice/suggestions on this would be appreciated @PhilipsTrust
