@robinince saw you at Hay (twice actually) and the first time you read a poem of yours that I loved but you said you were still working on. Have you finished it? Can we see/hear it?
Hey @oldjoeclock. You look very handsome in these pin badges we’ve had made, don’t you? I’m going to give away two to two people who retweet this (winner La picked at random, 12pm Sunday)

Recommended novel. Fresh narrative that blasts through pressures to conform, about forging life with what you have - provocative & moving, intriguing & unusual. #Books#Reading#Japanese Convenience stores ubiquitous in Tokyo, this novel gives imaginative & probing insight.

@MLautmer@LinguisticsGirl Option 1. Native British speaker, Essex accent but Standard English dialect. Can't think of when I've heard option 2 in any British dialects. Partner is Geordie and says option 1 too. But happy to be corrected 😀
Wolf pups begin howling as early as 3 to 4 weeks old. As they get older, they learn to use their howls to coordinate with other pack members.
This is what it sounds like.

Hi all,
We have another SLT vacancy. This time it’s for Coordinator of Curriculum Knowledge. If you can see yourself as The Academy’s next COCK, this could be the post for you. Application packs are on the website, Steve.

Hi all,
To improve your “Well-Being” we’ve come up with another scheme to make you feel good about what you do. For every set of books you mark*, you’ll get a sticker from your line manager. 500 stickers will get you a free coffee in the canteen.
Thanks x

After breakfast they went to see Piglet. Tigger, who had been hiding behind trees and jumping out on Pooh’s shadow when it wasn’t looking, said that Tiggers were only bouncy before breakfast, and that as soon as they’d had a few haycorns they became Quiet and Refined. ~A.A.Milne
I posted yesterday about a cat saved from the rubble in Turkey who refused to leave his rescuer's side.
The rescuer's name is Ali Cakas and he adopted the cat, naming him Enkaz - "rubble" in Turkish.
May they have a happy life together!
