@StephesMax My colleague uses one after disc prolapse. Usually, he sits and mixes with standing periods. He really loves it. Since he has this adjustable desk, he definitely feels better than before. Standing periods are > 1h.

Erst die aktuellen Maßnahmen praktisch durchsetzen, statt theoretische Regeln nachschärfen @bodoramelow . Schlittenfahren gerne, aber doch nicht so.

@BartGeurten @StephesMax @Bucher_lab @spdwisspol A discrimination by Stufe would mean that a PhD student in 6th year has as much experience as a PostDoc that finished PhD after 3 years and worked 3 additional years as a PostDoc. I think their experience is not equal. Stufe is defined by time, not experience or quality.

@Bucher_lab @BartGeurten @spdwisspol Sonst würde ein unmotivierter PhD im 6ten Jahr das gleiche verdienen wie ein zügig promovierter PostDoc im 3ten PostDoc Jahr. Die erbrachte Leistung für die gezahlt wird ist dort üblicherweise eine völlig andere. Eine Anpassung über die Entgeldgruppe scheint mir realistisch

@Bucher_lab @BartGeurten @spdwisspol Die erwartete Wochenstundenanzahl muss mit der im Vertrag vereinbarten übereinstimmen. Nein, ich halte identische Bezahlung PhD & PostDoc nicht für adäquat. Nein, ich finde eine Unterscheidung durch die Stufen nicht passend.
