Happy to see new research out on barriers to help-seeking for people who struggle with #eatingdisorders. Hopefully, together, we can help break those down. #recovery#mentalhealth
@ulrich_erik@mfktherapy @jenna_line @OonaHanson Hey Erik - happy to help! I'm not sure if I can fit it all in a tweet but if you DM me with some more details (are you looking for tx options, identification strategies, interventions, etc?) I am sure that I can steer you in the right direction!
@Parenting4Today So true, so much suffering, everywhere. The amt of ppl who say that everything was going well until March is astonishing. Some in solid recovery, some newly there - time doesn't seem to play much of a part. But connection seems to be the most influential factor, as always!
"This spring, it all came to a head" 62% of people in the U.S. with anorexia experienced a worsening of symptoms as the pandemic hit. And nearly 1/3 of Americans with binge-eating disorder, which is far more common, reported an increase in episodes."

Has anyone noticed if a particular #surveytool yields more responses than others? The majority that I have completed have been through #surveymonkey but I am wondering if anyone has another favorite?! #researchers#survey
@TaraDeliberto @BodyImageTC @EatingRecovery@LeoraFulvio Definitely. Most of the research I can find is focused on exposure and body image. I would love to actually see it in action, or talk with someone who is using it!
All in on place! Who doesn't love a good shortcut?! #UBDSW1 & #UBDSW2
