Harry - a permanent dog of the Noida Shelter. Accused of being ‘ill-treated’ by the staff and management previously running the shelter. ‘Reformed’ by ACGS. Today? He’s in solitary confinement, slamming his head against his cage, begging to be freed.
@gauri_maulekhi@noida_authority The so-called "systems" and "policies" being introduced by ACGS are downright detrimental to animal welfare, discouraging rescuers, and go against the very ethos of running an animal hospital!!
"MANAGING" a public shelter does not mean "OWNING" it. Team ACGS needs to wake up.
