The NBA is increasingly moving away from being a best-player-wins sport. It's no longer clear that you should sacrifice depth to get an All-NBA guy let alone given the uncertainty of the draft.

As a forever Donovan Mitchell fan, it's gut wrenching that his entire career he's been paired with a backcourt mate that doesn't fit his game at all. Donovan is a point guard. End of story.
