The #British car-maker #Allard (1946-58) built the (inofficially called) "K-series" for 8 years:

#K1 (1947-50; 151 units)
#K2 (1950/51; 119 units)
#K3 (1952-55; 62 units)

The #Allard #K3 (1952-55; 62 units) was an elegant, modest looking roadster, of which the majority of 57 u. went straight to the US.

One of those US-ones w/ #Cadillac|s 331 engine - ch.-n° K3/3190) -, est. at US$40-50k, was sold semi-restored for US$ 39.2k.

1967 : Roger Waters in Nick Masons Allard J2 Sports car. Not much room in that boot (trunk!!) for his bass and amp!
