Is there something u want me to know b/f take my offer to walk so you can understand? Why is head of TM advocating it when much more needs to be done?

@jarjoh @DGQuoVadimus @devincole Elerctrify Needham line, increase frequency of service & lower the cost. Have you ever walked from Forest Hills to West Rox along the current line and surveyed the obstacles? The cost would be extraordinary for almost no gain in ridership. Happy to take you on a walk of it.

@devincole @transitmatters It would rip up Arb, ruin woods used by lots of wild animals, require extensive land taking, be side by side with commuter rail creating redundant track, impose heavy fencing to keep ppl away from electric rails at extraordinary cost. Better to increase Needham freq & electrify.

Bianca complains that bicyclists, after stopping at the red light and finding the cross street is clear then proceed through the light. Do I have that right?

@MarkinRozzie Just in time. As I rode into crosswalk onto South st driver sped at me rather than stopping & then slowed & verbally threatened me. Ppl won’t bike on that dangerous road. Connecting bike routes is key to getting ppl out of cars. @ArnoldArboretum @jfh @BostonBTrD @walkuprozzie

I’ve spent past 2 yr helping needy ppl complete @GBREB Rental Application. Is most screwed up, out of date (copy right 1969) badly designed, confusing form I’ve ever had to work with. And I worked in health care & have a PhD. Seems like one more insult to ppl scrambling to rent

@ThomBradley8 @ClimateRealists I love it when ppl use the products of science (computers, internet, etc) & then deny the solid science of CO2 IR absorptive properties, greenhouse properties of earth atmosphere & analyses of climates of Mars & Venus. Real intelligence at work.
