माननीय सभी मंत्रीगण एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारी,
सादर प्रणाम।
बिहार भारत का एक ऐतिहासिक, सांस्कृतिक और प्रतिभाशाली राज्य है। यह भूमि ज्ञान, शिक्षा, संस्कृति और सभ्यता की जननी रही है। नालंदा और विक्रमशिला जैसे विश्वविख्यात विश्वविद्यालयों ने पूरी दुनिया को शिक्षा का मार्ग दिखाया। बिहार ने देश को अनेक महान नेता, वैज्ञानिक, अधिकारी, सैनिक और मेहनतकश नागरिक दिए हैं।
लेकिन वर्ष 2026 में भी बिहार अनेक मूलभूत समस्याओं और कमियों से जूझ रहा है। राज्य की जनता आज भी बेहतर शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार, सड़क, कानून व्यवस्था और औद्योगिक विकास जैसी सुविधाओं के लिए संघर्ष कर रही है। इसलिए सरकार से विनम्र निवेदन है कि निम्नलिखित विषयों पर तेजी से सुधार और कार्यवाही की जाए।
शिक्षा व्यवस्था में सुधार
आज भी बिहार के कई सरकारी विद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों की स्थिति कमजोर है। शिक्षकों की कमी, खराब भवन, तकनीकी शिक्षा की कमी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण पढ़ाई का अभाव युवाओं को पीछे धकेल रहा है।
सरकार को चाहिए कि—
• हर जिले में आधुनिक शिक्षा संस्थान खोले जाएं
• सरकारी स्कूलों में डिजिटल शिक्षा और योग्य शिक्षकों की व्यवस्था हो
• तकनीकी, मेडिकल और रोजगार आधारित शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दिया जाए
• गरीब छात्रों के लिए बेहतर छात्रवृत्ति व्यवस्था बनाई जाए
रोजगार और उद्योग की कमी
बिहार के लाखों युवा रोजगार के लिए दूसरे राज्यों में पलायन करने को मजबूर हैं। राज्य में बड़े उद्योग, फैक्ट्री और निवेश की कमी है।
सरकार को चाहिए कि—
• बिहार में बड़े उद्योग और फैक्ट्रियां स्थापित की जाएं
• स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार में प्राथमिकता मिले
• छोटे व्यापार और स्टार्टअप को आर्थिक सहायता दी जाए
• कृषि आधारित उद्योगों को बढ़ावा दिया जाए
स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था की कमजोरी
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अस्पतालों की स्थिति अभी भी चिंताजनक है। डॉक्टरों, दवाइयों और आधुनिक सुविधाओं की कमी आम लोगों को परेशान करती है।
सरकार को चाहिए कि—
• प्रत्येक जिले में आधुनिक अस्पताल विकसित किए जाएं
• गरीबों के लिए मुफ्त एवं बेहतर इलाज सुनिश्चित हो
• गांवों में स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों की संख्या और गुणवत्ता बढ़ाई जाए
• एम्बुलेंस और आपातकालीन सेवाओं को मजबूत किया जाए
सड़क एवं आधारभूत संरचना
कई गांवों और क्षेत्रों में आज भी सड़क, पानी और बिजली की उचित व्यवस्था नहीं है।
सरकार को चाहिए कि—
• ग्रामीण और शहरी सड़कों का तेजी से निर्माण हो
• जल निकासी और स्वच्छता व्यवस्था को मजबूत किया जाए
• बिजली और इंटरनेट सुविधाओं को हर गांव तक पहुंचाया जाए
कानून व्यवस्था एवं भ्रष्टाचार
भ्रष्टाचार और प्रशासनिक लापरवाही जनता का विश्वास कमजोर करती है।
सरकार को चाहिए कि—
• भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई हो
• पुलिस एवं प्रशासन को अधिक जवाबदेह बनाया जाए
• महिलाओं की सुरक्षा और अपराध नियंत्रण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए
किसानों और मजदूरों की स्थिति
किसान और मजदूर आज भी आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रहे हैं।
सरकार को चाहिए कि—
• किसानों को उचित मूल्य और सिंचाई सुविधा मिले
• मजदूरों के अधिकार और मजदूरी सुनिश्चित की जाए
• ग्रामीण रोजगार योजनाओं को और प्रभावी बनाया जाए
बिहार में प्रतिभा की कोई कमी नहीं है। जरूरत केवल सही व्यवस्था, ईमानदार प्रशासन और तेज विकास कार्यों की है। यदि सरकार शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार और उद्योग पर गंभीरता से कार्य करे तो बिहार आने वाले वर्षों में देश के सबसे विकसित राज्यों में शामिल हो सकता है।
हम सरकार से निवेदन करते हैं कि बिहार के युवाओं, किसानों, मजदूरों और गरीब परिवारों के भविष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए तेजी से सुधारात्मक कदम उठाए जाएं।

सादर निवेदन है कि आज भारत देश विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहा है। देश डिजिटल इंडिया, आत्मनिर्भर भारत और तेज प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की ओर लगातार आगे बढ़ रहा है। लेकिन दुख की बात यह है कि आज भी कई आम नागरिक, मजदूर और कर्मचारी अपने ही मेहनत के पैसे के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों और सिस्टम के चक्कर लगाने को मजबूर हैं।
ईपीएफओ का उद्देश्य कर्मचारियों और मजदूरों को आर्थिक सुरक्षा देना है, लेकिन कई मामलों में देखने को मिलता है कि लोगों के क्लेम महीनों तक लंबित रहते हैं, उचित जवाब नहीं दिया जाता, और अधिकारियों का व्यवहार भी आम जनता के प्रति संवेदनशील नहीं होता। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है जैसे कुछ अधिकारियों को यह विश्वास हो गया है कि उनके कार्यों पर कोई जवाबदेही या कार्रवाई नहीं होगी।
यह स्थिति केवल एक व्यक्ति की समस्या नहीं है, बल्कि लाखों श्रमिकों और कर्मचारियों की भावनाओं और अधिकारों से जुड़ा विषय है। जिस पैसे के लिए मजदूर दिन-रात मेहनत करता है, उसी पैसे को पाने के लिए उसे मानसिक तनाव, आर्थिक परेशानी और बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते हैं, यह अत्यंत दुखद है।
हम भारत सरकार से विनम्र लेकिन दृढ़ आग्रह करते हैं कि—
• ईपीएफओ की कार्यप्रणाली को और अधिक पारदर्शी एवं जवाबदेह बनाया जाए
• कर्मचारियों के क्लेम का समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए
• आम जनता के साथ असम्मानजनक व्यवहार करने वाले अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई हो
• मजदूरों और कर्मचारियों को उनके हक का पैसा बिना अनावश्यक देरी के मिले
• हर नागरिक के साथ समान व्यवहार सुनिश्चित किया जाए
• शिकायतों के निवारण के लिए मजबूत और प्रभावी व्यवस्था बनाई जाए
भारत का प्रत्येक नागरिक समान अधिकार रखता है। मजदूर, कर्मचारी और गरीब वर्ग केवल सुविधा नहीं, बल्कि अपने अधिकार की मांग कर रहे हैं। सरकार और संस्थाओं का कर्तव्य है कि वे जनता के विश्वास को बनाए रखें और हर व्यक्ति को न्यायपूर्ण एवं सम्मानजनक सेवा प्रदान करें।
हमें विश्वास है कि भारत सरकार इस विषय को गंभीरता से लेते हुए ईपीएफओ व्यवस्था में आवश्यक सुधार करेगी ताकि देश का हर कर्मचारी और श्रमिक सम्मान और विश्वास के साथ अपने अधिकार प्राप्त कर सके।

आज भारत देश विश्व में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बना रहा है। देश विकास की नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहा है और भारतीय जनता पार्टी का विजय पताका चारों ओर लहरा रहा है। ऐसे समय में देश के करोड़ों नागरिकों की ओर से आप सभी मान्यवरों से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि भारत के भविष्य और आम जनता के जीवन से जुड़े कुछ महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर गंभीरता से ध्यान दिया जाए।
हम यह नहीं कह सकते कि भारत से भ्रष्टाचार पूरी तरह समाप्त हो जाएगा, लेकिन भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक को इतना सक्षम अवश्य बनाया जा सकता है कि वह—
• अच्छी शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सके
• सम्मानपूर्वक रोजगार प्राप्त कर सके
• स्वयं रोजगार उत्पन्न कर सके
• समय पर उचित इलाज करा सके
• मजदूरों और कर्मचारियों को उनके हक का पूरा पैसा मिल सके
• गरीब, मजदूर और मध्यम वर्ग को समान अवसर प्राप्त हो सके
आज भी देश में लाखों ऐसे परिवार हैं जो आर्थिक कमजोरी के कारण शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और रोजगार जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित हैं। मजदूर दिन-रात मेहनत करते हैं लेकिन उन्हें उनका पूरा अधिकार और सम्मान नहीं मिल पाता।
हम सरकार से निवेदन करते हैं कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था को और मजबूत बनाया जाए, युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के नए अवसर तैयार किए जाएं, छोटे व्यापार और स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा दिया जाए तथा स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को गरीबों के लिए और सुलभ बनाया जाए।
साथ ही आरक्षण व्यवस्था पर भी निष्पक्ष और समान विचार किया जाए। यदि आरक्षण जारी रखा जाए तो उसका लाभ वास्तव में उन्हीं परिवारों को मिले जिनके घर में कोई सरकारी नौकरी नहीं है, जिनकी आय कम है और जो आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर हैं। इससे समाज के वास्तविक जरूरतमंद लोगों को आगे बढ़ने का अवसर मिलेगा।
हमारा उद्देश्य किसी वर्ग या समाज का विरोध करना नहीं है, बल्कि पूरे देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक के लिए समान अवसर और सम्मान की भावना को मजबूत करना है।
हमें विश्वास है कि आपकी सरकार देश के गरीब, मजदूर, किसान, युवा और मध्यम वर्ग की समस्याओं को समझते हुए ऐसे निर्णय लेगी जो भारत को और अधिक मजबूत, शिक्षित, आत्मनिर्भर और विकसित राष्ट्र बनाएंगे।

It may not be possible to completely eliminate corruption from India, but every citizen of this country can certainly be empowered enough so that they can—
• Receive quality education

Even today, millions of families in India are deprived of basic facilities like education, healthcare, and employment because of financial difficulties. Workers and laborers work hard day and night, yet many do not receive proper rights, respect, or financial security.
I sincerely request the Government to strengthen the education system, create more employment opportunities for youth, support small businesses and self-employment, and make healthcare facilities more accessible and affordable for poor families.
At the same time, the reservation system should also be reviewed with fairness and equality. If reservation continues, its benefits should primarily reach those families who do not already have government jobs, have low income, and are financially weak. This will help genuinely needy citizens move forward in society.
The purpose of this appeal is not to oppose any community or section of society, but to strengthen the spirit of equal opportunity, justice, and dignity for every citizen of India.
I firmly believe that the Government will understand the concerns of poor families, workers, farmers, youth, and the middle class, and will take decisions that make India stronger, educated, self-reliant, and truly developed.

विषय: बाबा महेंद्रनाथ मंदिर के सरोवर की स्वच्छता हेतु अनुरोध
बिहार के सिवान जिले के सिसवन प्रखंड अंतर्गत मेंहदार गाँव में स्थित बाबा महेंद्रनाथ का भव्य और प्रसिद्ध मंदिर श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था का प्रमुख केंद्र है। यहाँ प्रतिदिन दूर-दूर से बड़ी संख्या में भक्तगण दर्शन और पूजा के लिए आते हैं।
किन्तु अत्यंत खेद के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि मंदिर परिसर में स्थित विशाल सरोवर, जो लगभग बावन बीघा में फैला हुआ बताया जाता है, आज गंदगी और कचरे से भरा हुआ है। सरोवर की वर्तमान स्थिति इतनी खराब है कि श्रद्धालुओं को जल ग्रहण करने तथा स्नान करने में भी काफी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
यह सरोवर, जो धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है, आज उपेक्षा और संभावित भ्रष्टाचार का शिकार प्रतीत होता है। यह स्थिति न केवल श्रद्धालुओं की भावनाओं को आहत करती है, बल्कि क्षेत्र की छवि को भी प्रभावित करती है।
अतः सिवान जिले के माननीय सांसद, जिला अधिकारी एवं क्षेत्रीय विधायक जी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस गंभीर विषय पर तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए सरोवर की समुचित सफाई एवं रख-रखाव की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराई जाए।
हम आशा करते हैं कि शीघ्र ही इस पवित्र स्थल की गरिमा पुनः स्थापित होगी और श्रद्धालुओं को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

Urgent Complaint Regarding Delay in EPFO Claim Verification
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the inordinate delay in the verification of my claim submitted to the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) on 02.04.2026.
Despite the passage of considerable time, as of 16.04.2026, the field office has not yet completed the verification process. This delay is causing serious inconvenience and distress.
I would like to respectfully ask: is it expected that such verifications will only be completed after the applicant is no longer in need, or worse, no longer alive?
Such delays reflect poorly on the efficiency and sensitivity of the system towards common citizens who depend on timely support, especially in times of need.

जो सुविधाएं उन्हें मिलनी चाहिए आप के बिकाऊ अधिकारी चंद पैसों के लिए समझौता कर के आ जा रहे है,

Therefore, the following steps are essential:

All hospitals, whether government or private, must ensure proper care and attention to every patient. Treatment should be provided on time, without unnecessary delays or obstacles.
👉Strengthening Government Hospitals:👈
Government hospitals must not suffer from shortages—whether it be medicines, qualified doctors, medical equipment, or essential facilities.
Fair Regulation of Private Hospitals:
Private hospitals and clinics must not overcharge patients in the name of treatment, tests, or consultation. Affordable healthcare will help citizens detect illnesses early and avoid severe conditions and financial burdens.
👉Focus on Education and Sports:👈
Special attention must be given to education and sports, as they can guide Bihar towards a progressive and empowered future.
👉Fair and Humane Administration:👈
No individual should be harassed by the administration. Everyone deserves equal respect and fair treatment unless proven guilty.
Even those found guilty should be given an opportunity to reform. Special rehabilitation-focused correctional facilities should be established where individuals are educated about humanity and guided towards a better path
👉Industrial Growth and Employment:👈
The Bihar government should take strong initiatives to attract industries and establish factories. This will not only strengthen the state’s economy but also improve the financial condition of its people
These principles are not just for Bihar. If implemented across all states, they can contribute to building a New India

एक बार अवश्य पढ़े ये देश को आसमां की ऊंचाइयों तक ले जाने वाली बाते न कि देश को भ्रष्टाचार के अंधेकार में
बिहार के राजगद्दी पे स्वागत है सम्राट चौधरी जी और उम्मीद है कि आप बिहार के उज्वल भविष्य के लिए अपना पूर्ण योगदान देंगे,
पर पूर्ण योगदान तभी सफल है जब अस्पतालों के बाहर या अंदर बिहार के किसी भी नागरिक की जान कागज के टुकड़ों के कमी के वजह से नहीं चली जाए,
इसलिए
1. सर्वप्रथम बिहार के जितने भी अस्पताल है चाहे वो सरकारी हो या प्राइवेट सभी में मरीजों का खास ख्याल या ध्यान रखा जाए और उनका समय पर बिना किसी चीज के रुकावट के इलाज किया जाए,
2. दूसरा कि सरकारी अस्पतालों में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई कमी न हो न ही दवाइयों की और न ही शिक्षित डॉक्टरों की, न ही किसी उपकरण और सुविधाओं की
3. तीसरा कि बिहार में जो भी प्राइवेट अस्पताल या क्लिनिक है उन सभी में इलाज,जांच, और पूछताछ के नाम पर ज्यादा पैसे नहीं लिए जाए जिससे हर नागरिक को इलाज और जांच कराने में सुविधा मिले और समय रहते बीमारियों का पता चल सके जिससे गंभीर बीमारी से और ज्यादा पैसों की लागत से आम नागरिक बच सके
4. शिक्षा और खेल पे विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए जिससे बिहार को एक नई दिशा मिल सके
5. बिहार प्रशासन द्वारा किसी भी व्यक्ति को पीड़ित नहीं किया जाए सबका सम्मान किया जाए और एक समान व्यवहार रखा जाए तब तक जब तक कि वो पूर्ण रूप से दोषी नहीं साबित हो जाता,
और दोषी साबित होने के बावजूद भी उसे सुधरने का मौका दिया जाए उसके लिए बिहार के कैदियों को या दोषी व्यक्तियों के लिए एक विशेष जेल हो जिसमें उन्हें मानवता से संबंधित जानकारियां दी जाए और उन्हें सही रास्ते पे लाने के लिए एक पहल शुरू की जाए,
6. बिहार में कारखाने और उद्योग के लिए बिहार सरकार के तरफ से पहल शुरू की जाए जिससे बिहार में कारखाने और नए नए उद्योग आए उससे बिहार के अर्थव्यव्स्था के साथ साथ बिहार वासियों का भी अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार होगा,
बस बिहार ही नहीं अगर इन विषयों पर अन्य राज्य भी अमल करे तो उम्मीद है एक नए भारत का निर्माण अवश्य होगा,
बस इसके लिए ईमानदार होना बहुत आवश्यक है और अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वाहन सच्चे मन और तन से किया जाना चाहिए,

I would like to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the delay in processing my EPF claim, which was submitted on 02.04.2026 and is still pending for field office verification even after several days.
I respectfully ask: why should a worker be forced to wait 20 days to withdraw his own hard-earned money?
EPF is not a favor or charity from any authority—it is the result of continuous hard work, often involving 8 to 12 hours of daily labor by workers who struggle to support their families. These funds are meant to provide support during emergencies such as illness, financial distress, or urgent personal needs.
Delays of this nature are not just administrative issues—they directly affect the survival and dignity of workers. If a person is facing a medical emergency and cannot access his own money due to procedural delays, who will take responsibility for the consequences? Will it be EPFO, the Labour Department, or the Government of India?
Such delays create a perception that the system is insensitive to the struggles of the working class. This is not aligned with the vision of a “Developed India,” but instead reflects a system that fails to support those who need it the most.
Therefore, I strongly urge you to:
Take immediate action to process my claim without further delay.
Investigate the reasons behind such delays in the system.
Implement strict timelines and accountability to ensure faster processing of EPF claims, especially in emergency cases.
I request your urgent intervention in this matter and expect a prompt resolution
