I am ready to discuss, deliberate and debate this issue anytime, anywhere on law, Constitution, transparency and accountability.

A surname may open doors, but it does not automatically give weight to every argument. And certainly, invoking the Constitution while defending opacity does not make the argument constitutional.

Let me remind you of a basic distinction:

You are selected representative.
I am an elected public representative

Not once. Not twice. But, Thrice.

So, before lecturing me on constitutional morality, please answer the real question: why should any organisation of such scale, influence and public activity remain outside ordinary legal transparency?

Please get yourself appointed as the RSS designated legal representative and respond to our queries in my office if they allow you.

No real security guarantees for Iran, no genuine de-escalation, no trust.
History shows exactly how this plays out.
Iran gets limited cash flows from oil sales and frozen assets unlocked after enduring American aggression.
The US gets a tactical timeout to reposition, with weak promises that everyone knows won’t hold.

Same old script: kick the can, let tensions simmer, then justify the next wave of sanctions, threats, or attacks when convenient.

This is pure US aggression dressed up as diplomacy.

Manufactured “Israel vs USA tensions” provide the usual cover while the empire maintains its forever pressure campaign in the region.

No peace on the horizon.
This is just another delay tactic in America’s long war on Iran aimed at regime change.

Watch what the US does with any renewed leverage and how quickly the accusations restart.

And this comes on top of a long list of American actions hostile to Indian interests, like: the killing of three Indian sailors, the deportation of Indians in handcuffs, Trump's calls on American companies to hire fewer Indians, punitive tariff threats, and pressure tactics behind an anti-India trade deal - to name only a few.

The truth is simple: America – and any other imperial power – would be happy to see Modi remain in office because they know Modi is a pushover.

A leader who cannot defend India's territory even on a map, cannot secure the life and dignity for Indian migrants and workers abroad, and cannot demand accountability for slain Indian sailors is clearly not feared by foreign powers. He is indulged - like a child is.

That is why Trump's praise should not flatter us. It should worry every Indian - including you, @RShivshankar
