@bryan_johnson@MartinShkreli Brian why are you legitimizing his prattle with direct responses, nobody gives a shit what a convicted fraud says about longevity science…
@BigotYank@Grand_handsomer Welp since you have such stupid but strongly held beliefs, I guess you’ll be the next murderer on trial and sentenced to decades in prison when you murder someone for a minor assault…
Texas makes the key distinction between force and deadly force. A knife stab to the chest/heart is obviously “deadly force,” and Texas defines deadly force as force intended, known, or used in a way capable of causing death or serious bodily injury.
Ordinary self-defense under § 9.31 lets you use force when you reasonably believe it is immediately necessary to protect against another’s unlawful force, but Texas explicitly says deadly force is justified only under the narrower § 9.32 rules
@piperboywilliam Thats irrelevant… are you too dumb to understand you can’t simultaneously claim you were in fear for your life while also admitting you could leave at any point in time.
@ANTHONYBLOGAN When someone asks you multiple times to LEAVE, does that suggest they are intending to do serious bodily harm or kill you. Or does that mean they just want you to leave? Are those obvious questions really past your level of comprehension????
