Not only are DATA CENTERS being installed in our communities, but their developers are also pressuring government to use eminent domain to take land by force in order to build enormous, high-voltage power-line networks across miles of people’s property.
Some say that if a farmer wants to sell land to a data-center developer, they should have the freedom to do so. But in my community, we are also fighting the proposed power-line networks intended to feed these centers. Families in my homeschooling co-op and throughout my district are being threatened.
This is not just a big ugly warehouse.
It is government partnering with data-center entities in ways that violate our rights, threaten our property, affect our health and way of life, and endanger multigenerational farmland that families have cherished and cared for for generations.
This is not for the public good. It is not for the health, safety, or happiness of the citizens; the voters, WE THE PEOPLE.
But WE THE PEOPLE are also responsible for electing the kind of leadership that would allow this to happen. We did not elect leaders who truly represent us; we elected leaders who serve private interests and large corporations above the wishes of citizens who are simply trying to live peaceful, happy lives in their own community.
People are beginning to recognize the mistake of electing the wrong kind of leaders. This November, and again in 2028, voters will have the opportunity to support candidates who truly represent THE PEOPLE rather than private interests.
I expect we will see many new names on the ballot.

Another one is stepping down from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. We're keeping track of the fall out.
David Veleta, Commissioner of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission
"After 17 years at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, the last four as Commissioner, I’m ready for what’s next.
Much of my recent work has focused on the issues reshaping the grid: large loads and data center growth, cost allocation, and PJM market and governance reform. If you’re working on these questions, or in energy, regulation, and policy more broadly, I’d love to talk."

I know this is a long one, but trust me when I say..... it's worth listening.
During yesterday's Indiana State Budget Committee meeting, the discussion on Indiana's wetland credit program was WILD.
@Sen_ChrisGarten questioned why private property owners and farmers can be required to buy wetland credits after being told they've impacted a wetland, calling the current "fee-in-lieu" system a "Ponzi scheme." He argued that credits can be purchased for mitigation projects hundreds of miles away, raising the question of how replacing a wetland in one part of the state with one in another actually benefits the local environment.
Then came the numbers.
According to Garten, the program went from roughly $1.8 million in credit purchases during its first few months in 2018...to $7.3 million in 2019...and then exploded to $25.8 million in 2020 while much of state government was shut down.
But what really caught my attention?
INDOT is the biggest purchaser of these wetland credits.
Think about that. One government agency paying another government program with taxpayer dollars to buy credits. If that's accurate, taxpayers deserve to know exactly how this system works and where all that money is going.
Garten also made serious allegations that, during prior leadership, IDEM and DNR employees aggressively targeted farmers and private property owners over alleged wetlands. He even stated, on the record, that after pursuing wetland legislation he received a call from then-IDEM Commissioner Bruno Pigott, who allegedly referenced complaints about Garten's private business and suggested inspections could follow. Garten characterized that as an attempt to intimidate him.
He also recounted stories from constituents who said inspectors entered private property following anonymous complaints and, in one alleged case, told a farmer to "go sit on his porch" while they determined "what rights he had left."
Those are significant claims. If even a fraction of these allegations are true, they deserve a thorough investigation by the General Assembly.
Senator Chris Garten is doing AMAZING work at the IGA exposing all of this.

.@SecretaryBurgum says @Interior was giving out grants to “nonprofits” under Biden that received 100% of their revenue from taxpayers, paid CEOs $450k to push ESG, DEI, and climate extremism.
“We just completed a very extensive review. We looked at 2,000 organizations which had 3,000 agreements. We combed through all of those, and if they were using funds coming from this administration against the priorities of this administration, we cut ties with them.”
Report: Indiana Ranked 1st in US for Rising Home Foreclosure Rates
INDIANAPOLIS — A combination of rising property taxes, surging homeowners insurance premiums, and escalating utility costs is driving a spike in housing instability across Central Indiana.
The data paints a stark picture of the post-pandemic housing market. Statewide, mortgage foreclosure case filings in Indiana jumped to 10,585 in 2025—a 16.1% increase from the previous year. By February 2026, real estate data firm ATTOM ranked Indiana first among all fifty states for its foreclosure rate, with one out of every 1,597 housing units facing foreclosure action.

Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.
In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted.

Agents & organizations inside & outside of the United States are running Psychological Operations against We The People.
This video confirms both...
I would have been one of them, only 3% away from winning Shreve’s seat. But unfortunately I couldn’t get it done without support. My community was working so hard, I got 47% of the vote.
A few days before the election Shreve voted against Luna’s MAHA amendment in the Farm Bill. The moms in my community were in a rage. But Shreve had the Trump endorsement and $100 to spend on every vote. My team was grassroots- we spent $1.20 a vote.
Things actually need to change is we want people like me, like Luna, like Massie to be in leadership. MAHA minded leaders need more support. So many people believed in my message, and knew Shreve was not in support of MAHA, had flipped on abortion and the 2nd Amendment- but would not come out to support me because of Shreve’s Trump Endorsement.
I’m so glad that this time people are getting behind Massie anyway - we need him!
I appreciate many things Trump has accomplished, but I don’t think endorsements for bad candidates is beneficial to our country.
I really appreciate Massie and I’m praying for his win.
Home Equity Theft aka “Property Taxes”
The US Supreme Court ruled property taxes are illegal and unconstitutional.
Why are Americans and particularly Hoosiers complying by paying the immoral, illegal, and uncontitutional tax? Both political parties are private and the alleged "public servants" are intentionally hand selected that will ensure the servitude. We comply without questioning the logic or perhaps conditioned to take the path of least resistance.
"Oh, but we must support the government school system, it's just not right to not support the children". or "We need the property tax to pay for the paving and maintaining the roads". Do you believe the "government" officials are using our resources efficiently? Hell no they're not! Now they're being creative with those "Public-Private-Partnerships" to use taxpayers resources without accountability or oversight. Those same officials that simultaneously operate or serve on not-for-profits using our money for their enrichment or advancement of their not-for-profit. For those in Evansville, how many of the city council members operate or have leadership roles on local not-for-profits that receive subsidy from taxpayers or approve funding for programs that do not directly benefit Hoosiers. The list is long... One exampleis The Children's Musueum of Evansville received taxpayer funds of approximately $500K to offset their previous years loss; this is the former employer of the current mayor of Evansville.
Approximately 45% of the property tax supports the government indoctrination school system. The money is used to build large visible buildings to justify the perceived success of the School Corporation, buy Golf Courses, and private homes to transfer to their own School Foundation. Oh, let's create a bond to further leverage the taxpayers money. The "System" is intentionally rigged against Hoosiers and worthless programs created to support the increased tax assement. Need a Data Center, no problem, the elected officials sign non-disclosure, and shaft the Hoosier taxpayer. Need a new school with a pool, no problem, lets pass a referendum. Need mental health professionals in every school to diagnosis "Johnny" needs counseling? Need more money, let's coordinate with the local assessors office to increase the valuation of the properties without any justification to abscound the money. It's simple math.....a percentage of the valuation is the tax. ITS ILLEGAL AS HELL... and we comply out of fear. (Wear a mask, take a vaccine, smile for the Flock camera.....)
In 2025, Vanderburgh County stole 325 properties due to unpaid property taxes. The Elderly, low income, lost job earners, businesses, etc. lost their properties to the government. Not one of the feckless politicians in Vanderburgh County supported the US Supreme Court's affirmation that property taxes are ILLEGAL..... The politicans are gate keepers to a corrupt and immoral system.
Florida is coordinating the elimination of property tax through real patriot representatives. The current career politicians in Indiana will not provide the necessary leadership to represent Hoosiers. Instead, their allegiance is to the Corporations or lobbyist that provide campaign contributions to continue the ruse, or the mandates of @bray_rodric to capitulate or loose your Senate committee appointment.
The amount of Hoosier taxes being redirected for "Economic Development" through the Indiana Economic Development Corporation is staggering and outright theft. We,the taxpayers, subsidize the "projects" created by special interest and receive no benefit. Hey Hoosiers, had enough yet? Your family legacy and future of your children are being stolen through corrupt, ineffective, intentional politicans working for the system versus Hoosiers.

Taxation is theft, it’s also slavery.
I have to work 1/4 of my year in bondage to the whims of a corrupt government that desires to carelessly subsidize giant corporations that poison our bodies, lands and minds… while the much of the rest of my income funds waste fraud and abuse. While the police officers and school teachers struggle to get the tools to do their jobs.
🚨 HOOSIERS — YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK?
Hoosier Enquirer exposé drops soon: Spanish firm Isolux (bribery scandal — 9 executives arrested back home) snags $325 MILLION I-69 Section 5 deal… project collapses under Gov. @HolcombForIN in 2017. Costs balloon to $556M. Insider families pocket $1.86M in land sales. Foreign cash + crony deals = highway robbery?
Full story dropping tomorrow morning. Another Indiana fraud job?
The legacy media like Indy Star, WTHR, Wish Tv, WIBC, Indiana Capitol Chronicles have all known this but refused to cover this.
The @FBI Indianapolis field office knew fraud was happening at the State Capitol in Indiana and did nothing.
This is why Hoosier Enquirer has led the charge in exposing fraud since 2023.
