عبدالحق بلوچ کو رواں سال فروری میں جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا گیا تھا اور کئی ماہ تک ان کے اہلِ خانہ کو ان کے بارے میں کوئی اطلاع نہیں دی گئی، اب ان کی مسخ شدہ لاش کا ملنا بلوچستان میں جاری جبری گمشدگیوں اور ماورائے عدالت قتل کے خطرناک اور مسلسل سلسلے کی ایک اور المناک کڑی ہے۔

عبدالحق صرف ایک استاد اور تعلیم یافتہ فرد نہیں تھے، بلکہ وہ خود بھی اپنے جبری طور پر لاپتہ بھائی رمضان بلوچ کی واپسی کے انتظار اور اذیت میں زندگی گزار رہے تھے
اپنے بھائی کی جبری گمشدگی کے بعد انہوں نے اپنے بکھرے ہوئے خاندان کو سنبھالنے کی ذمہ داری اٹھائی، اور اپنے گھر والوں کے لیے سہارا بنے رہے، مگر آج وہی عبدالحق بلوچ جو سولہ برس سے اپنے بھائی کی راہ تک رہے تھے، خود جبری گمشدگی کا شکار ہونے کے بعد مسخ شدہ لاش کی صورت میں اپنے خاندان کو واپس لوٹائے گئے۔

END UNFAIR TRIAL OF BYC LEADERS!

Rule of Law, fair trial and justice have become myths in Pakistan. More than 14 months have passed since Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions have been kept in jail under baseless accusations and unlawfully detained. Despite the absence of evidence, they have been detained, harassed and mentally tortured in jail.

Against these injustices and violations of the rule of law, Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions are protesting inside the jail, where they have organised a “Dharna.” If their demands are not met, they will proceed with a “Token Hunger Strike” inside the jail.

The trials have shifted from prison-based hearings to a virtual court system, where faceless trials are being conducted and the judge and other parties participate remotely, while the State seeks a speedy conclusion of the proceedings.

Their demands are simple and clear:

1) End online and jail trials and restore hearings in open court so that judicial proceedings are transparent and accessible to the public.

2) Replace the current judge, Mobin, as he has been biased towards the state regarding the case from day one. The organisation's leaders have filed a court application for the judge's replacement, which should be heard soon and a new impartial judge should be assigned to hear this case.

3) Suspend the case until the judge's replacement and the commencement of open court proceedings.

We once again request all human rights organisations, journalists, politicians, social and political unions, humanitarians and the Baloch nation to raise their voices against state barbarism and spread awareness about the ongoing injustice and online trial of BYC leaders.

Baloch Women and Youth Under State Oppression

In Balochistan, the cycle of enforced disappearances and state repression shows no sign of ending. Every day, Pakistani forces arrest Baloch youth from their homes and make them disappear. The Baloch people have been enduring this injustice for the past seventy-five years.

Baloch people are denied their basic right to live freely in Pakistan, especially students and the younger generation, who are frequently targeted. Hundreds of homes have been destroyed, and this oppression is no longer limited to young men
Baloch women have also become victims.

Zarina Marri, an educated woman and school teacher from Kohlu, was arrested by Pakistani forces in 2008 from her school and has been missing ever since. Her family members, who demanded her release, were also disappeared.

Similarly, in 2022, Habiba Peer Jan was abducted, and there has been no information about her since. That same year, student Noor Jan Baloch was taken from her home during the night.

In 2023, Mahal Baloch was abducted from Quetta (Shal) and later falsely accused of terrorism, while Rasheeda Zehri was also taken from her home both remain missing to this day.

In 2025, Asma Baloch was abducted by members of a death squad allegedly supported by Pakistani forces. They also tried to force her into marriage. It is worth noting that in 2024, the same group had killed Asma’s fiancé.

On May 8, 2025, student Mehjabeen Baloch and her brother Younus Baloch were abducted. Younus had already been taken from Noshki a few days earlier, while Mehjabeen was detained from Quetta.

Anyone who dares to speak out against these injustices in Balochistan also ends up disappearing.
This has become an unending tragedy for the Baloch people.

I appeal to the entire Baloch nation to unite and launch a joint movement for the freedom of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and the other BYC leaders. All patriotic and democratic parties who love Balochistan must come together for this cause. The time has come for every Baloch, from every corner, to rise and struggle collectively for freedom.

The Pakistani rulers are oppressive and merciless. The courts, the provincial government, and all institutions are under their control. The military and agencies of Pakistan will never willingly release Dr. Mahrang Baloch because she represents the voice and strength of the Baloch nation.

Dr. Mahrang Baloch has devoted her life to the survival of her people and to resisting the ongoing genocide against the Baloch nation. Today, history is testing the courage of the Baloch people. We must rise, protest peacefully, and continue our struggle across Balochistan until Dr. Mahrang Baloch and all other imprisoned leaders are released.

It is the moral duty of every Baloch to stand firm, unite, and carry forward the struggle for the release of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions for the freedom and dignity of the Baloch nation.

بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کے رہنماؤں ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ اور ان کے دیگر ساتھیوں کا جیل ٹرائل کیا جا رہا ہے۔ جیل ٹرائل پاکستانی قانون کا حصہ نہیں ہے کیونکہ قانون کا بنیادی اصول یہ ہے کہ تمام ٹرائل اوپن کورٹ میں ہوتے ہیں، جہاں عوام اور میڈیا کو رسائی حاصل ہوتی ہے۔ عدالتوں کی شفافیت ہی ان کے فیصلوں کی ساکھ کی ضمانت ہوتی ہے۔

ریاست جب کسی شہری پر جرم کا الزام لگاتی ہے تو اسے بلا شبہ ثبوتوں کی بنیاد پر ثابت کرنا ہوتا ہے۔ یہ عمل جیل کی چار دیواری میں خفیہ کارروائی کے ذریعے نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ خاص طور پر جب ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ اور بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کے رہنماؤں پر سیاسی بنیادوں پر کیسز بنائے گئے ہوں اور انہیں صرف اپنی آواز بلند کرنے پر نشانہ بنایا گیا ہو، تو ان کا جیل ٹرائل کرنا غیر قانونی اور ناقابل قبول ہے۔

آئین و قانون میں کوئی ایسی شق موجود نہیں جو جیل ٹرائل کی اجازت دیتی ہو۔ ان بے گناہ افراد کو پچھلے تین مہینوں کے دوران کئی مرتبہ عدالتوں میں پیش کیا گیا ہے اور اس دوران کبھی عدالت کے وقار یا کارروائی میں رکاوٹ نہیں آئی۔ مگر اب میڈیا اور وکلاء تک رسائی نہ دینا آئین کے آرٹیکل 10-اے کی خلاف ورزی ہے، جو منصفانہ ٹرائل کی ضمانت دیتا ہے۔ ملزمان اور وکیل کے درمیان خصوصی رابطے کا حق بنیادی قانون کا تقاضا ہے، جس کے بغیر کوئی منصفانہ دفاع ممکن نہیں۔
