An ENORMOUS thank you to @StrypeisonFire who finished this goddess-tier pic of Hyperia.
Like, for real one of my favorite pieces of all time and I just can't appreciate this big powerful beauty enough!
@papayadesu Also, there's the fact that there were nearly 4 years between Ch 2 and 3/4's release. In that time, fandomites were retracing ground incessantly digging for lore.
A first-play in this era wouldn't be primed to look for more until the scene in Dess' room in Ch 4 draws attention.
@SonicHero3D It's a bit longer without any modifiers, but it is entirely possible to beat within a day, extended by any wandering around.
The appeal it held back during its release era was even replaying it using different arrangements of heroes. Including the infamous "4 White Mages".
Bro I'm just imagining all of the PS2 owners who didn't play Chain of Memories getting this game on launch and being confused as FUCK watching this opening.
@Delby___@LynxALot11_ It's one of the best things I love about Deltarune. The level of crowdsourcing that happens to reveal things that someone might not find in one playthrough, but multiple people putting the pieces together can solve hyper obscure puzzles in under a month
@Hi_Chokoart Just set aside the time to play it. Can be beat in a weekend.
Do not tell anyone when you start playing and keep it that way until you finish.
Form your own opinion, then cautiously let people know that you're done
